Not the one? No hard feelings — here's how to send it back.
✽ The basics
Had a change of heart? You've got 14 days from delivery to send it back our way. Keep it unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and free of makeup, tan, deodorant, or perfume — basically, exactly as it left us. Email hello@onlyloversleft.com to kick things off, then lodge it with your postal service inside that 14-day window. Once it's landed and passed inspection, you can pick refund or store credit.
✽ Faulty or damaged
That's on us, not you. Flag it within 7 days at hello@onlyloversleft.com and we'll sort a replacement, credit, or refund — no fuss.
✽ Hand-dyed & one-off drops
Every hand-dyed piece is one of a kind, which means our small-batch drops are store credit only — no refunds. Our core tie-dye pieces (the ones we keep restocking) play by the standard 14-day rules above.
✽ Sale items
Sale pieces are final sale, full stop — no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Choose wisely, lovers.
✽ Accessories & silk scarves
Delicate things need extra care — these can only come back unused and in original packaging. Once it's unfolded or worn, it's yours to keep.
✽ Need a different size?
We don't do direct swaps. Grab the size or style you actually want in a new order first (stock moves fast), then send your original back for a refund or credit once it's approved.
✽ Return shipping
Return postage's on you unless we sent you a dud, and original shipping fees don't come back. Ship it trackable — we can't chase down a parcel with no tracking number.
