We're quick on our feet: Express orders are out the door in 1–2 business days, Standard in 2–3. The second it leaves us, you'll get a tracking email so you can watch it make its way to you. Big launch or sale day? Give us a beat — we're a small team and we'd rather pack it right than rush it.

✽ Around Australia

Every parcel leaves our Port Macquarie studio via Australia Post. Express Post: 1–3 business days after dispatch. Standard Post: 3–7. Once it's in Australia Post's hands, it's their journey to finish — but they're usually pretty good about it.

✽ Jet-setting overseas

We ship worldwide, US included — import duties are sorted upfront at checkout, so no surprise bill at your door. Most international orders land in 7–14 business days after dispatch. One favour: triple-check your address at checkout. Wrong details mean a detour (and a re-shipping fee) back to us.

✽ If your parcel goes missing

Once it's shipped, it's technically out of our hands (annoying, we know). Chase up Australia Post or your local carrier with your tracking number first. Need backup lodging an investigation? Email hello@onlyloversleft.com — we're in your corner.

✽ Pre-orders

Pre-loved before it even exists — your whole order ships together once the pre-order piece is ready (check the product page for the ETA). Too excited to wait? Order your in-stock pieces separately and we'll send those straight away.
