Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. 

This includes being free from makeup, tan, perfume, deodorant marks, and other signs of wear.

Returned parcels must be lodged with your postal service within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may choose between a store credit or refund, once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Refunds

We offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fit, provided the return meets the conditions above.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and you’ll receive confirmation once your return has been approved and completed.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@onlyloversleft.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

One-Off Hand-Dyed Drops

  • Limited one-off hand-dyed drops (our special small-batch or one-of-a-kind releases) are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not available for these pieces due to their handmade and highly limited nature, and to help prevent over-ordering across multiple sizes with the intent to return.
  • All other in-stock, core collection tie-dye pieces are covered under our standard return policy and can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Accessories & Silk Scarves

Due to the delicate nature of our silk scarves and accessories, we are unable to accept returns once they have been unfolded, worn, or handled.

Returns may only be accepted if the item is completely unused, in original condition, and returned exactly as received.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order for the item you’d like, and return your original item to us for a refund or store credit once it’s received and passes our return checks.

This helps ensure you can secure your preferred size or style before it sells out, as stock is often limited.

All returned items must be in original condition  unworn and unwashed, with no marks, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume or fragrance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind or sizing returns.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund or store credit will be processed in line with our returns policy.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you return your item for a refund or store credit, the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
