Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

• Express Shipping orders are prioritised and will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Standard Shipping orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Please note that during collection launches, promotional periods, or sale events, dispatch times may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes — but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way quickly.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders are shipped from Port Macquarie, NSW via Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes will depend on your location, but generally:

• Express Post: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Standard Post: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, transit times are outside of our control.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, including to the United States and select countries worldwide.

For U.S. orders, any applicable tariffs and import duties are collected at checkout — meaning you won’t need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on location, but most international parcels arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are entered correctly. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels 

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post (for domestic orders) or your local postal provider (for international orders) with your tracking number.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items are ready for dispatch. Estimated delivery dates will be stated on the product page.

If you would like to receive your other items prior to the pre-order’s arrival, please place separate orders for those items. Otherwise, your full order will be sent together once the pre-order item is ready to ship.
